Oak-Look Porcelain Plank Floors

The job

Plank tiles are laid in a one-third stagger to avoid the lipping you get with a 50% offset on long formats. The floor was self-levelled first and we ran the planks lengthways down the passage so the house feels longer. Timber skirtings were fitted after tiling for a clean shadow line.
